This renovated building has 42 rooms and is surrounded by a wide range of cultural and leisure activities. In addition, it is just 400 meters from our Ramblas building, where you can enjoy its open spaces and scheduled activities. The following amenities and services are included:

Gothic Quarter

The Gothic Quarter, or El Gòtic, is the historic center of the old city of Barcelona. It stretches from La Rambla to Via Laietana and from the Mediterranean seafront to the Ronda de Sant Pere. It is a part of the Ciutat Vella district. The quarter encompasses the oldest parts of the city of Barcelona and includes the remains of the city's Roman wall and several notable medieval landmarks. Much of the present-day fabric of the quarter, however, dates to the 19th and early 20th centuries. El Call, the medieval Jewish quarter, is located within this area, along with the former Sinagoga Major. The Barri Gòtic retains a labyrinthine street plan, with many small streets opening out into squares. Most of the quarter is closed to regular traffic, although it is open to service vehicles and taxis.

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
Are couples allowed? Can I split the rent with a friend?

We do allow couples and friends to stay in selected rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.
Please note that additional charges do apply.
Is there a designated space for work?

Coworking is available in the Ramblas building. You only need to walk (about 2 minutes) from your property to gain access to this space.
Booking
When/how will you refund my security deposit?

Our contracts establish a time of at least 6 weeks from the check-out date (as long as you have made the request for refund of the deposit in the client area before that date) or from the date of the request for refund of the deposit (these terms are on the guest's contract). Note that you need to fill in all your details correctly.

The refund's deadline appears in the contract and in our extranet of customers. When your departure date approaches, you will be sent an email reminding you to enter the bank details for the return (i5 days before your check-out).
Can I extend or shorten my stay?
