Strolling through the Gothic Quarter feels like stepping back in time. Its narrow, maze-like streets open up to charming plazas where history and modern life meet in perfect harmony. Among its highlights are the grand Barcelona Cathedral, the iconic Basilica of Santa Maria del Pi, the lively Plaça Reial, and the historic Plaça de Sant Jaume, the political heart of the city. Yes, couples are welcome to share a room, and you’re free to split the rent with your partner or a friend. Just keep in mind that there’s an additional cost for double occupancy, which is already detailed in each apartment description.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Booking a room is very easy. All you need is a copy of your identity card (if you are European) or passport (rest of the world) and a copy of your letter of acceptance or enrollment at your university/school, or a copy of your work or internship contract. If you are self-employed or an entrepreneur, you only have to prove your activity. You also have to provide us with your details and accept our terms and conditions.

Yes, signing a contract is part of our process to ensure a smooth stay. It helps clarify the terms and conditions, making everything clear for everyone involved.

We aim to return your security deposit within 32 days after your contract ends. However, if your contract ends in January, February, July, or August, it might take up to 67 days due to bimonthly utility bills. If there are any outstanding payments or damages, those will be deducted from your refund. We appreciate your understanding!

You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
