The building is designed so you can enjoy full privacy in your own room, which is fully equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable and independent.

At the same time, the common areas are always available whenever you feel like socializing, working, or sharing moments with the community. This way, you can choose when to have privacy and when to connect with others.

Are pets allowed?

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

We allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring plenty of space for your needs and comfort.

What information do I need to supply for the application?

For documentation, we require a passport or national ID, along with proof of studies or employment. This helps us understand more about you and ensure a great fit within our community.

What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?

We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon prior request, depending on availability.

If your room is ready before the official check-in time, we’ll be happy to accommodate an early check-in. For late check-out, this can also be arranged as long as there is no incoming resident after you.

In any case, we offer luggage storage, and you’re welcome to use the common areas while you wait.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

Yes, of course 😊

Daytime visitors are more than welcome, as long as they respect the house rules and the shared spaces. If you’d like to have someone stay overnight, that’s also possible, just let us know in advance and we'll provide with instructions, extra fees may apply.

What is the policy on alcohol?

It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.

Yes! All of our rooms are furnished with evereything you'll need for your stay. Also all the common areas are fully furnished

Any meals/snacks included?

Meals and snacks aren’t included, but you'll have full access to a well-equipped kitchen for preparing your favorite dishes at any time. Plus, with grocery stores just around the corner, everything you need is within reach.

Yes, we have a coliving manager who is happy to help with anything you'll need during your stay, who also prepares events and makes sure the community runs smoothly

Can I lock my bedroom door?

Absolutely! Each bedroom is equipped with its own lock, so you can feel secure and private during your stay with us.

Does the building have security? What is done to make me feel safe?

We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and residents, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.

We are conveniently located near several bus stops for easy access to the city. The metro station is just around the corner, and Atocha train station is a pleasant 10-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the area!

The nearest airport is just a 20-minute drive away, making it quite convenient for your travels! You can easily take a taxi or an Uber, and if you prefer, there's public transport available too, though it might take a little longer.
