The townhouse is our second co-living residence, located in a friendly neighborhood in the heart of the Tan Dinh Quarter, District 1. The townhouse offers close proximity to a large number of bars, restaurants, convenience stores, fitness gyms, and attractions, while still remaining quiet and safe during the evenings. The location is also convenient for traveling to other districts and is only about a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport.
Our property features seven private ensuite studios, all with private kitchens and bathrooms. Shared access includes a small parking area for motorbikes, a co-working space, and a rooftop terrace.
Each studio is fully equipped with a dedicated workspace, a spacious and comfortable double bed (160x200 cm), a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, large windows, and plenty of storage space! In addition to this, we also offer all members the following services weekly:
- Full refill of drinking water
- Free towels
- Free refill of essential amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, hand wash, etc.)
- Bed linen change
- Private room cleaning
- Common space cleaning
- Laundry service (up to 5 kg free)
Our community is comprised of individuals aged 21 to 35, representing various nationalities and career paths. However, we all share one common goal: to build a community that supports our growth and allows us to experience Ho Chi Minh City in the best way possible.
Therefore, our motto is comfort, convenience, and community, which we strive to express through every aspect of our space. We want you to focus on experiencing Ho Chi Minh City and spending your time making quality memories—no more chores!

Yes, all bedroom doors have individual locks, and only you (and the host) will have access to them. Any access to your room by the host (for repairs, and fixtures) will be informed 24 hours in advance.
We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and residents, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are usually installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.
