You will be sharing the space with people aged from 21 to 40 years old, who are all looking to build a meaningful community here in the heart of Ho Chi Minh city. We have remote workers, entrepreneurs, or people simply just looking to explore Vietnam at a slow pace. But what we all have in common is our love for meeting new people and creating meaningful memories!

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

“Yes, cooking is possible, but it depends on the room type. Our 4 Hygge Studios each come with their own private kitchenette, while the 2 Lagom Rooms do not have private kitchens. For everyone, there’s also a microwave available in the common space for quick meals or snacks.
That said, Da Kao is one of the best neighborhoods in the city for food — you’ll be surrounded by endless street food stalls, local restaurants, and bars right outside the door. And for an easy option, we also partner with meal prep companies to give our residents discounts on healthy, ready-to-go meals.”

Yes, all bedroom doors have individual locks, and only you (and the host) will have access to them. Any access to your room by the host (for repairs, and fixtures) will be informed 24 hours in advance.
