The coliving house is a one-minute walk from the moss garden building. The property has two floors, three individual bedrooms, a shared kitchen, a living room, a terrace, a bath, and toilets on both floors. It is fully equipped for you to start your life in Kyoto right after your arrival. Of course, we have fast and reliable WiFi throughout the building. You can also work in your own room or living room when the coworking space is closed.
The monthly rent includes
- Common expense (Wi-FI, water, electricity, and gas)
- Bedsheets, and pillow covers (they will be provided when you move in; you can use the equipped laundry machine.)
- Free access to coworking, which is an important cultural property and has a lovely Japanese garden during the week.
We occasionally organize events on food and Japanese culture.

About Kioto
We are located 10 minutes' walk from Kamikatsura Station, just two stops from the Arashiyama area, which is famous for its bamboo street. At the next stop, Katsura Station, express trains run often on the Hankyu Kyoto Line to either Kyoto or even Osaka.
This is the perfect location to enjoy both a quiet atmosphere and good access to the city center.
Near the station, you can find everything you need for your daily life, including a supermarket, 24-hour convenience stores, and drugstores. There are choices for restaurants such as ramen noodle shops or casual sushi restaurants along the Hankyu Railway.

It takes about 10 mins walk from the closest station, Kamikatsura station of Hankyu railwaiy. You can take a train there and change the rapid one at the next stop, Katsura station to Kawaramachi station. It takes about 15mis from Kamikatsura to Kawaramachi station, which is the very central part of Kyoto city.
