It has 2 bathrooms and a balcony in 2 of the bedrooms and in the living room. It also has a communal roof terrace overlooking Ferran street, Las Ramblas, the Cathedral, and Sant Josep Oriol (in the process of renovation).

We can also help you to obtain any kind of visa, NIE, empadronamiento, etc. as an extra service (only for stays of a minimum of three months).

Check-in must be done during working hours (Monday to Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., holidays not included). Arrival after hours will be charged as a complementary service.
