Will I have privacy?

Yes you will have a lot of privacy, as the property offers many indoor and outdoor spots. About the activities, you are invited to join, but you are always free to take time and space to stay on your own when you need it.

Are pets allowed?

We allow pets upon request and with prior approval, provided they meet the basic requirements.

Obviously, we can consider welcoming your non-human animal friend in the private room option.

- As we are an interspecific family and dogs, cats, donkeys, and goats are residents at the property, all guest animals have to be sociable and friendly to our non-human crew.

- Because we are a regenerating oasis, all guest animals must be well-trained to be social with other humans and respectful of our laid-back environment, equipment, and facilities.

- If we accept your request to host your friend, keep in mind that you must never leave him or her alone. You always have to take care of your non-human animal friend.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Please note that, depending on your needs, reserve a double, twin, triple, or quadruple room. Or contact your hosts in case you have to find availability for a group of 9 or more people.

Is there a designated space for work?

Our oasis is a very safe place; all property is fenced, and CCTV surveillance is installed. All rooms have a key or code. So the property has pedestrians and parking gates.
All guests staying in private rooms have access to a room safe.
All guests staying in shared rooms have access to an individual safe and a double locker.
We are located in a very safe area; Zagarolo itself is a very safe and welcoming town.

Can I lock my bedroom door?

All rooms are lockable (shared rooms are equipped with digital code access).

Our oasis is a super-safe environment and community.
All property is gated, fenced, and CCTV-surveilled.

This is the area where Rome's downtown residents get to enjoy the typical local food.
So Yes! We have many good restaurants at Zagarolo and our surroundings, you can enjoy so many restaurants and food options...
Usually, most of the local restaurants offer good food at very good rates.
Some gourmet option (expensive choice) are also available for your special events.
We will be happy to guide you to the best choice. Many pizzerias have pastry labs; they are also available.
Do not forget social lunches and dinners, tastings and aperitifs; these are communal activities included in your rates.

What public transportation is available?

Train is the best choice to get to us on arrival day and to visit Rome downtown (just 25/30 minutes ride; dozens of trains are available all day)
The regional bus system is the public transport to take in case you want to move between Zagarolo and our surrounding old towns.
