Offering both private and shared rooms, all ensuite, we prioritize your comfort and privacy. The dorms, accommodating a maximum of four guests, feature no bunk beds to ensure a superior sleep experience. - As we are an interspecific family and dogs, cats, donkeys, and goats are residents at the property, all guest animals have to be sociable and friendly to our non-human crew.

- Because we are a regenerating oasis, all guest animals must be well-trained to be social with other humans and respectful of our laid-back environment, equipment, and facilities.

- If we accept your request to host your friend, keep in mind that you must never leave him or her alone. You always have to take care of your non-human animal friend.

We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Please note that, depending on your needs, reserve a double, twin, triple, or quadruple room. Or contact your hosts in case you have to find availability for a group of 9 or more people.

Yes, one designed coworking space plus many other indoor/outdoor spots.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Equipped Common kitchen + barbecues to go self-contained. A private garden park with Mediterranean pines, magnolias, olives and a giant bamboo's forest... plus several other spaces and facilities to collaborate, cowork, socialize, relax and energize, including the ‘in-house’ Social Farm (an environmental awareness centre specializing in the relationship with nonhuman animals, commonly known as ‘pet-therapy’).

Train is the best choice to get to us on arrival day and to visit Rome downtown (just 25/30 minutes ride; dozens of trains are available all day)
The regional bus system is the public transport to take in case you want to move between Zagarolo and our surrounding old towns.

CIAMPINO “G.B. PASTINE” AIRPORT (CIA) ✈ this is the first airport, located 18 minutes by train from us:
go to CIAMPINO TRAIN STATION, taking the CIAMPINO AIRLINK SHUTTLE BUS for “Ciampino Stazione'' (12 minutes ride) and then take the first train stopping in Zagarolo (13/20 minutes ride; train name: CASSINO or FROSINONE). We suggest buying a unique ticket from CIAMPINO AEROPORTO to ZAGAROLO on trenitalia.com web site or app (airlink bus + train; 3.30 EUR total cost). Last train ride from Ciampino train station at 10.41 PM (Airlink Bus connection departures at 10.10 PM from Ciampino Airport)
