From our neighborhood, you can easily embark on adventures to the famed Castelli Romani, the ancient hills of the Colli Prenestini, the historic town of Tivoli, or the serene waters of Lake Nemi. Each destination offers its own unique blend of natural beauty, history, and tranquility, making our location an ideal base for both relaxation and discovery.
Our location boasts excellent connectivity, making it a breeze to plan day trips to iconic Italian cities. On arrival and departure days, we offer a complimentary ride to/from the Zagarolo train station, which is just 1 mile from us. The train service is frequent, efficient, and the best choice for reaching us as well as exploring Rome’s city center and beyond. Will I have privacy?Yes you will have a lot of privacy, as the property offers many indoor and outdoor spots. About the activities, you are invited to join, but you are always free to take time and space to stay on your own when you need it.

Are pets allowed?We allow pets upon request and with prior approval, provided they meet the basic requirements.
Obviously, we can consider welcoming your non-human animal friend in the private room option.
- As we are an interspecific family and dogs, cats, donkeys, and goats are residents at the property, all guest animals have to be sociable and friendly to our non-human crew.
- Because we are a regenerating oasis, all guest animals must be well-trained to be social with other humans and respectful of our laid-back environment, equipment, and facilities.
- If we accept your request to host your friend, keep in mind that you must never leave him or her alone. You always have to take care of your non-human animal friend. -
Is there a designated space for work?Yes, one designed coworking space plus many other indoor/outdoor spots.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?Digital nomads and remote workers like you are globetrotters and hostel backpackers. Not so many Italians, none of them families. Most international travelers come from all over the world.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Please note that, depending on your needs, reserve a double, twin, triple, or quadruple room. Or contact your hosts in case you have to find availability for a group of 9 or more people.

We consider the event to open special weeks reserved for families in case we receive this request from a group of at least 15 digital nomads travelling with kids. But this would be a special period just reserved for this target. -

Note: We are not just hostel hosts; we are also professionals in human-animal relationships. We will be happy to welcome emotional and support animals. -
Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one?We will try to meet your needs if other solutions are available.

In addition to your private or shared rooms, our guests and friends are welcome to enjoy our 1-hectare Coliving hostel Oasis with an attached Farm and 2 charming Roman hills, ‘DolceVita’ Villas. 500+ square meters of indoor Common areas, 1 Coworking Space available 24 hours a day, 3 Livings rooms and lounges, 1 Lanai with a winery bar and wood-burning Oven, 1 Common kitchen, 1 equipped little gym (with a Finnish sauna, free once a week), little refreshing Pool, and plenty of Terraces & outdoor Spots. Equipped Common kitchen + barbecues to go self-contained. A private garden park with Mediterranean pines, magnolias, olives and a giant bamboo's forest... plus several other spaces and facilities to collaborate, cowork, socialize, relax and energize, including the ‘in-house’ Social Farm (an environmental awareness centre specializing in the relationship with nonhuman animals, commonly known as ‘pet-therapy’).

Can I work in the communal area?Yes of course, there are several communal indoor and outdoor areas in addition to a designed coworking space.

Can I get picked up/dropped off at the airport?We offer courtesy rides on arrival days from our local train station (Zagarolo).

Are my belongings safe?Our oasis is a very safe place; all property is fenced, and CCTV surveillance is installed. All rooms have a key or code. So the property has pedestrians and parking gates.

What public transportation is available?Train is the best choice to get to us on arrival day and to visit Rome downtown (just 25/30 minutes ride; dozens of trains are available all day)
The regional bus system is the public transport to take in case you want to move between Zagarolo and our surrounding old towns. -
