Lovely private rooms in a coliving townhouse in a prime neighborhood, Astoria, Queens NYC. The building was built in 2018. Furniture is handpicked with:
- Good size LR and a smart TV with Netflix are installed.
- Utilities and weekly cleaning help on common spaces included.
- Fast WiFi
- Comforter, pillow, and mattress are provided.
- Brand new bedsheets, pillowcases, and comforter covers for each new reservation.

- Bedroom does not have a lock due to New York City regulations. Instead, a chain lock or slide lock is installed inside the door so you can lock it when you are in the bedroom. Valuables can be stored in the closet with a lock.

About Astoria
The apartment is located in Astoria Queens NY, in a very good location to commute to your job or school within the area of Manhattan.
- 3 mins away from 30th Ave Station.
- 17 minutes away from Midtown.
Many Japanese and Europeans live in this area. There is a couple of grocery stores and a lot of cafe/restaurants in front of the nearest station. The street is busy, but it is quiet and safe neighborhood.

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
