We are a community-oriented coliving company that offers the easiest way to rent your room or bed, with the possibility to move in even within a few hours. We offer the most affordable prices with great quality of service, providing the best value for money. As a member, you have access to dedicated coworking spaces and an on-demand fitness app. You will also have the option for in-person access to more than 200 studios in New York for an additional payment through the app.
Our Ridgewood House is a great house to meet all your coliving needs. The interior amenities have been meticulously curated to offer you a cozy living space, complete with a comfortable living room and dining area where you can unwind or enjoy meals with your housemates. With a monthly fee that covers everything, including utilities and maintenance, you can say goodbye to unexpected bills and expenses, ensuring a hassle-free living experience.

Each room feels calm, spacious, and light, offering the ideal respite from busy city living. Your room will be move-in ready and fully furnished, so there's no need to even bring a pillow :) Each bedroom is equipped with a desk, chair, and individual safe.

We have a living room area that you can use to work, there is no specified work area in the building. However, we have a partnership with a coworking.
Most of our residents are young professionals and respectful and open-minded people. I’m sure you will be comfortable with the community.
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.
You are allowed to check in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate. Night check-in (after 9 pm) may be also organized for an extra fee of $35 USD. We can't guarantee check-in between 12:00 am and 9 am, however, if we are able to do it, there will be a $70 late check-in fee.
We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.
You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
Security deposits are typically returned within 2 weeks after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected. .

There is a restriction in New York for any outside bedroom locks, but you can lock your bedroom when you are inside. You shouldn't worry about your safety when you are out:
1) You will have a safe in the room
2) We have cameras in all common areas
3) We have only long-term residents (usually people staying with us for 6-8 months, but not less than a month). There are no strangers for 1-2 nights stay and all residents are checked during the reservation process.

We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and guests, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are usually installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.
