The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

We absolutely love animals! Pets are welcomed in our micro unit (1-bedroom apartment) and select coliving apartments. Additionally, guide dogs are allowed for members with a qualified disability. We want to ensure everyone feels at home!

Absolutely! We would love to welcome you and your partner or friend. Our studio and en suite units are perfect for couples, featuring comfortable queen-size beds. Come join our community!

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

Our common areas are fully furnished to welcome you right away, and each bedroom comes equipped with all the essentials for comfortable living. Feel free to personalize your room—add or remove furniture (even hang up your favorite pictures)—as long as it’s set back the way you found it when you leave.

Yes, our communal areas are cleaned weekly to maintain a fresh and inviting space, while bedrooms are taken care of every other week to ensure your area stays comfortable.

Yes. The community manager is responsible for maintaining a good atmosphere in the house and the well-being of the members.

Most of our residents stay with us for a good amount of time, typically 3 months. It’s the perfect balance—long enough to feel at home and build connections, but flexible enough to suit different lifestyles!
