Will I have privacy?

Absolutely — each resident has their own private room, furnished with a comfortable bed, desk, and chair.
The house is designed to feel spacious, with relatively few rooms for its size, so you’ll enjoy a peaceful, relaxed environment with minimal noise from neighbors.
We aim for a nice balance between private space and a warm shared community.

Are pets allowed?

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

We allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring plenty of space for your needs and comfort.

Is there a designated space for work?

Yes! Our living room features a large table that provides a comfortable and spacious workspace.

For a change of scenery, you can also work on our rooftop terrace, where we have a table, chairs, and even a hammock. It's a lovely spot to enjoy some fresh air, get inspired, or simply take a relaxing break from work.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

Most of our residents are working professionals, including some who work remotely from home.

We also welcome young people pursuing their dreams, such as students attending fashion schools or those who have come to Osaka to explore new opportunities and work toward their personal goals.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.

We would also appreciate a brief self-introduction so we can get to know you better and help ensure a good fit with our existing community.

What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?

We simply look for people who are friendly, respectful of others, and willing to be part of our community. We also appreciate residents who take good care of the house, furniture, and shared facilities.

A positive attitude and consideration for others are what matter most to us!

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?

Of course! We're happy to be flexible with move-in and move-out times, as long as the room is available before or after your stay. Just let us know your preferred schedule, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

Yes — visitors are welcome! Please let other residents know in our group chat with the number of visitors and expected visiting hours.

Overnight stays are possible; extra fees may apply.

This is a female-only shared house, so male visitors (including family) are not permitted.

What is the policy on alcohol?

You're welcome to enjoy a drink at home, as long as you're considerate of your housemates. Small parties and gatherings are also welcome in the living room or on the rooftop terrace.
We simply ask that you respect other residents and our neighbors, especially during quiet hours, so everyone can enjoy a comfortable and friendly atmosphere.

We don’t usually have additional charges. Please take good care of the furniture, dishes, and shared spaces. If something gets accidentally damaged, you may be asked to cover repair or replacement costs — extra fees may apply.

Are all rooms furnished?

Our common areas are fully furnished to welcome you right away, and each bedroom comes equipped with all the essentials for comfortable living. Feel free to personalize your room—add or remove furniture (even hang up your favorite pictures)—as long as it’s set back the way you found it when you leave.

Any meals/snacks included?

Meals and snacks aren’t included, but you'll have full access to a well-equipped kitchen for preparing your favorite dishes at any time. Plus, with grocery stores just around the corner, everything you need is within reach.

Do you host groups/retreats?

We don't usually host organized group retreats, as our home is primarily designed for individual residents and longer stays. However, we love creating a warm and welcoming community!

How many people will be living here during my stay?

The number of residents may vary depending on the time of your stay, but there are usually at least three people living in the house. You'll have the opportunity to meet and connect with other residents while still enjoying the privacy of your own bedroom. We hope you'll feel right at home in our friendly little community!

Is there a house/community manager?

Yes! I personally manage the house and am happy to support residents throughout their stay. Whether you have questions about the house, need help settling in, or have any concerns, please feel free to reach out to me. What public transportation is available?

Getting around Osaka is easy!
The house is conveniently located near Uehommachi Station and Tanimachi 9-chome Station, both within a short walk. From there, you can catch regional trains, metro lines, local buses, and airport buses, making it simple to commute, explore Osaka, or take day trips to nearby cities like Nara or Kyoto.

How far is it to the nearest airport?

Getting here from Kansai International Airport is easy!
A direct airport limousine bus takes you to Osaka Uehommachi Station in approximately 50–60 minutes, with no transfers needed.
From the station, it's just a short walk to the house. It's a convenient and stress-free way to arrive in Osaka, especially when traveling with luggage.
