Can I extend or shorten my stay?We understand that circumstances may change, and flexibility is important. However, our rental contracts do not allow for the shortening of the initial agreed-upon stay duration. Once the contract is signed, the minimum duration stated (either 6 or 12 months) must be fulfilled. However, if you find that you would like to extend your stay beyond the initial contract period, we offer the option to prolong your contract. You can discuss the possibility of extending your stay.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.

Does the building have security? What is done to make me feel safe?For the safety of our tenants, the building provides a 24/7 reception and an electric fire alarm system that ensures early fire alarming. This system is handed by a serviceman sitting at the reception. Also, there is a CCTV system in the community centre.
