Welcome to our stylish co-living in Prague! We have a great shared unit for you. It is fully equipped, so you don't have to worry about equipment. Just move in and start living.

A modern co-living concept in Prague that brings many advantages:

• All-inclusive rent: forget about billing and additional payments. You pay one monthly payment that includes a fixed rent price and all fees. Everything you need is included in the price, including utilities, heating, water, and fast internet.

• You get free access to our extensive 1000m2 co-living and co-working space in the building, including a beautiful garden. You can use the spacious communal kitchens, offices, game room, relaxation rooms, laundry, and gym both indoors and outdoors.

• We have a 24/7 reception desk. Whenever you need help, we are here for you.

• We offer flexible rental terms for 6 to 12 months, and of course, we will provide you with a confirmation of accommodation.

My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?

It’s enough that you accept our Residents Terms.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.
What if the place is not as advertised?

You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.
Can I cancel a booking?

You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?

We understand that circumstances may change, and flexibility is important. However, our rental contracts do not allow for the shortening of the initial agreed-upon stay duration. Once the contract is signed, the minimum duration stated (either 6 or 12 months) must be fulfilled. However, if you find that you would like to extend your stay beyond the initial contract period, we offer the option to prolong your contract. You can discuss the possibility of extending your stay.
When/how will you refund my security deposit?

Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.
Is there a Credit Score required?

We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.
