Spacious Hostel w/ relaxing neighborhood nearby Bank of America Financial Center
We are a co-living community with available bunk beds in male + female dorm rooms for $280 per week or $900 per month.
The sleeping areas are upstairs. There are 3 rooms, each with a balcony and restroom. Each bunk has personal outlets, privacy curtain, night light, and monitor. There is wifi, daily cleaning of the restrooms, and floors.
The hang out areas are downstairs with a gated backyard, television room and a work space with desks. Washer + Dryer is available for a fee.
The property is fully furnished with a LARGE full kitchen that offer cubbies and lockable lockers and fridge space. We provide linens and towels. Onsite there are 2 staff members daily.
Every week we bring free veggies & fruit delivery to share, that you can use as you wish throughout the week.

Our roommates are either working during the day or have their curtain closed sleeping b/c they worked overnight or they are in the TV room hanging out. You can make this what you want, but we are definitely older/more mature and not a party culture.

Twin Pods are only allowed to sleep 1 guest, but a queen pod can sleep 1 or 2 guests and could be split to save money on the reservation.
