Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully.
Are pets allowed?

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
Is there a designated space for work?

You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

What information do I need to supply for the application?

ID or Passport. Your current job application and address.
What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?

After a chat, we evaluate all renters if they match the group in terms of age, social background and state of mind.
Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?

All check-ins and check-outs are well structured. So it's not possible to arrive before a certain date and our without having checked with the community manager. Check-ins are after 5pm. Check-outs before 10am.
Can I extend or shorten my stay?

You can extend or shorten your stay respecting the notice period (3 months)
Do you accept co-signers?

No. We assess every person on individual basis.
Is there a Credit Score required?

None.
When/how will you refund my security deposit?

Your security deposit will be refunded 48 hours after your check-out, provided the place is found in the same condition as it was upon your arrival.

Are kids allowed?

We only allow a minimum age requirement of 21 years old for all tenants.
Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?

Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

Sure. As long you don’t push it. Maximum 7 days a month. Please inform your housemates in advance and check if they’re ok with it.
Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one?

Yes. If the availability permits it.
Can I receive post/mail to the property?

Yes. As you can domicile, your mail will automatically arrive at the property.
What are the quiet hours?

Peace & Quiet hours between 10pm – 8am.
What is the policy on alcohol?

Alcohol is permitted but should be consumed in moderation.

What potential costs are there besides the rent?

None. Our rent has an all inclusive all-Inclusive rate with no additional costs. Concerned about the energy prices? Well, that’s now our problem. Electricity, gas, water & insurance is included. But that’s also for housekeeping, general household supplies, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, fresh bed sheets, towels and etc.
Are all rooms furnished?

Yes. All rooms are fully equipped with a French queensize bed (1.4m) with pillows, duvet, fresh linen and bathroom towels. The rooms offer blackout curtains, a wardrobe with clothes hangers and a desk with chair.
Any meals/snacks included?

None.
Are the private bedrooms cleaned frequently?

A feature of our program is to live an unworried life. Our aim is to fully relieve you of your housing worries and take all tedious, organizational parts of living to our account.

That’s why our housekeeping teams will make your room shine whilst you’re out every 2 weeks. Please note they will need to access your private space during these moments. They will knock on your door and enter room after 10am.
What are the laundry options?

A laundry hall is available for you. It consists of two washing machines and one dryer. We also offer detergent to keep your wardrobe tidy!
Can I get picked up/dropped off at the airport?

We don't offer that service. Although we will share you guidelines how to get to the house in a very easy way!
Can I book additional cleaning?

Sadly, no. But there are cleaning tools to have extra cleaning at your disposal.
Is there a kitchen where I can cook my own food?

The kitchen is there for everyone. But big enough for more people to use. It has 8 cooking plates, 2 ovens etc.
Can I work in the communal area?

Besides serving as a dining area, this ultra comfy area on the ground floor, is frequently utilized as a coworking space during business hours. Feel free to take a seat at this Danish-designed boardroom table and draw inspiration from the people around you.
Do I have to clean the room when I move out?

You don't have to clean it. The cleaning team will do this for you. Just make sure it is empty and in impeccable state.
Are the communal areas cleaned frequently?

Our housekeeping teams will clean the entire common spaces on weekly basis.
What types of shared spaces are there?

There's a fantastic variety of shared spaces, including the inviting outside area, the vibrant coworking space, the bustling kitchen, the delightful dining area, and the cozy lounge/TV space.
Do you have storage space for my stuff/luggage?

Does the building have security? What is done to make me feel safe?

All the houses and rooms are locked with Salto Safety systems. So we know exactly opens which door. To keep your belongings safe, you have the possibility to always close your door.
Is the neighborhood safe?

Yes. The streets of Borgerhout is very safe, vibrant and a wonderful place to be!

The area, near Central Station, is filled with gritty bars and clubs that cater to the alternative crowd. The vibe is raw, unpretentious, and the crowd is eclectic and diverse.
