We are a living concept that mixes tradition with trendiness. Enjoy the benefits of modern lofts as you enjoy your stay a couple of blocks away from Guadalajara's historic center. Our spaces are designed to create a unique experience based on technology and commodity. Furniture and equipment are of the highest quality and we abide by the highest cleanliness standards. We provide autonomous access instructions prior to arrival and guests can self check-in and out. As our guest, you're able to comfortably work online in our coworking space and workout in our fully equipped gym. Lofts also include high speed wi-fi. Communication with other guests and the property manager is done through our app, as well as announcements, community events and more. The following amenities and services are included:

We take your job as seriously as ours. There is a lounge at the top of the building with Wifi and furniture designated for working from there.
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
