Our Coliving has been specifically designed to offer you with the utilities and services you need for an excellent and peaceful stay. Stay at the ideal location in Guadalajara, close to the iconic Glorieta Minerva, the Expiatory Temple, and the famous Paseo Chapultepec. We are located in the perfect spot for you to enjoy some of the best restaurants and bars in the city.

Our 22 apartments are located in one of the quietest areas of Chapultepec, ideal for business trips or family or couple vacations. Our apartments are equipped with kitchens with dining bar, air conditioning, spacious bedrooms with queen beds, and living rooms with sofa beds. Enjoy your visit by relaxing at our spacious rooftop with grill and spectacular city views.

Our building features a restaurant with room service, where we offer our guests a 10% discount through their stay.

About Arcos

Is located at the corner between Juan Ruíz de Alarcón and Mexicaltzingo, just in the heart of one of the trendiest areas of Guadalajara. We are very close to the iconic Glorieta Minerva and major avenues like Av. Vallarta and Av. Chapultepec. We are just a 10-minute walk away from the CAS, perfect if you're coming to apply for your VISA.

If you want to go out and have fun or enjoy delicious food, this is the ideal place, as we are surrounded by excellent options to savor both Mexican and international cuisine, such as Casa Bariachi and Santo Coyote.

On Sundays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, the city hosts a recreational pathway along various avenues, with the closest ones to our accommodation being Av. Vallarta and Av. Niños Héroes. There are several MiBici stations if you want to take advantage of the day to rent a bicycle and explore. The nearest station is at C. Juan Ruíz de Alarcón and Av. Circunvalación Agustín Yáñez, just two blocks away from our accommodation.

- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Although we love all pets, there are currently limitations to our ability to properly host them. For that reason, unfortunately we can’t allow people to bring pets with them at this moment. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. You can split rent with your partner or friends living with you, however, all rent must be paid through a single transaction.

Please note that additional charges do apply.

We have individual desks and chairs for work inside all of our rooms. There are also plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day in our common areas.

Some of the favorite work places for our community are at the terrace with our beautiful city views or some of the relaxing spots at the coffee place at the first floor.

While everyone has their own, private apartment, we encourage our community to meet and interact with each other in our common areas. Due to our location and amenities, most of guests are digital nomads or people traveling for business.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.

You are allowed to move in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.

If you wish to move out late, you are free to use our communal areas, but we appreciate the room being emptied at the designated time of check-out so our cleaning team can begin with their work.

Sure! Whilst there are some considerations we'd need to consider for shortening a stay, we'd be glad to extend your stay as long as your room is still available.

In the case we're unable to accommodate you in the same room, we'll try to provide an available alternative within our same building. We ask for your cooperation sharing with us changes in your stay as much in advance as you can in order to facilitate the process.

We gladly accept co-signers for applicants with limited credit history or income.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.

Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight.

Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions.

It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.
