About Sunnyside Gardens
New York is famous for its international community; Sunnyside's community is no exception. There is a mix of veterans cohabiting harmoniously with youngsters and immigrants. This gem of the Queens area is full of wonderful and varied ethnic restaurants like Irish pubs, Asian cuisines like Dumplings & Things where braised beef noodle soup is a must, and Latin American eateries, Sunnyside’s gastronomic identity is reflected clearly in its prolific list of ethnic restaurants.
Oh, did we mention that there are many great gyms like Physique or Crossfit Sunnyside along Queens Boulevard too? Maybe you’ll see Tobey Maguire swinging from buildings to buildings!

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
