Welcome to our property! A newly built apartment located in Korea Town with all the amenities and space you'll need for an extremely comfortable stay. This is a co-living apartment meaning the price listed is for the entire therefore you will share the kitchen and living room with other tenants.

This property is brand new with spacious private rooms and bathrooms. Some of the rooms have their own balconies as well. Each unit has their own fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer. Not to mention, this property also provides a communal rooftop deck space, with beautiful views of the city and the Hollywood sign. Great if you're hosting friends or want some peaceful space to chill out. There is a parking garage onsite, on a first come, first serve basis.
