While coliving is about community in the shared spaces, your room is entirely your sanctuary. It's fully furnished and your space to relax, study, or work whenever you need quiet time. The common areas (kitchen, living room, etc.) are where the community connects, but when you close your bedroom door, you can count on having the privacy you need. -
While we absolutely adore our furry friends, pets are not permitted in this specific coliving home. We maintain this policy to ensure the comfort and health of all our residents especially those with allergies

- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

However, once a lease is confirmed, we are not able to accommodate shortening the length of your stay. This helps us manage our calendar and keep things running smoothly for all residents.
