- While we absolutely adore our furry friends, pets are not permitted in this specific coliving home. We maintain this policy to ensure the comfort and health of all our residents especially those with allergies
- We allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring plenty of space for your needs and comfort.

- Yes! All private rooms come equiped with a work desk, a comfortable office chair and a lamp. Need a change of scenery? The common area is also available providing a great space to collaborate or just enjoy a more social work environment
- You'll be sharing the home with a diverse group of individuals, including young professionals, students, and like-minded individuals who value community living. Our residents come from various backgrounds and professions, fostering a rich and inclusive environment. - You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

- That's right! To ensure everything is clear and secure for both you and us, yes, you will need to sign a contract or lease. This document simply formalizes your agreement, outlines the house rules, confirms your rental terms, and guarantees your spot in the home. - Yes, we absolutely accept cosigners (or guarantors)! We understand that young professionals, students, and international arrivals sometimes need a cosigner to help ensure a smooth application process, and we are happy to work with them!
- No, we do not require a credit score as part of our application process. We focus on creating a welcoming community for everyone!
- The security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.
- You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
- You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
