This unique and exciting Coliving villa is located in the heart of the beautiful Ciudad Jardín neighborhood of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. You'll find that three of our rooms offer breathtaking views from their balconies, providing a serene and comfortable space to relax and unwind.
At the villa, guests share 4 full bathrooms and an additional toilet, ensuring everyone has access to the facilities they need to feel at home. We understand that socializing and networking are also important aspects of Coliving, which is why we offer a variety of shared spaces to connect with other residents. You'll find two fully equipped kitchens, perfect for preparing meals and enjoying time together around the table. The lounge area features a TV for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
