This unique and exciting Coliving villa is located in the heart of the beautiful Ciudad JardÃn neighborhood of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The house boasts 9 spacious and beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with its own unique character and charm. You'll find that three of our rooms offer breathtaking views from their balconies, providing a serene and comfortable space to relax and unwind.
At the villa, guests share 4 full bathrooms and an additional toilet, ensuring everyone has access to the facilities they need to feel at home. We understand that socializing and networking are also important aspects of Coliving, which is why we offer a variety of shared spaces to connect with other residents. You'll find two fully equipped kitchens, perfect for preparing meals and enjoying time together around the table. The lounge area features a TV for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. For those who work remotely, there is a shared indoor workspace, complete with high-speed internet access, allowing you to focus and be productive.
