Coliving apartment near Calle Pelai, one of the most famous streets of Barcelona, a few meters from Plaza Catalunya and just in front of Plaça Universitat subway. An area full of leisure, bars, restaurants, and points of interest.

Yes, couples are welcome to share a room, and you’re free to split the rent with your partner or a friend. Just keep in mind that there’s an additional cost for double occupancy, which is already detailed in each apartment description.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. Booking a room is very easy. All you need is a copy of your identity card (if you are European) or passport (rest of the world) and a copy of your letter of acceptance or enrollment at your university/school, or a copy of your work or internship contract. If you are self-employed or an entrepreneur, you only have to prove your activity. You also have to provide us with your details and accept our terms and conditions.
