Welcome to our tranquil and picturesque property, the perfect place to unwind and connect with nature. Our guests are immediately struck by the breathtaking views and serene atmosphere, providing a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

In addition to our natural surroundings, we offer a professional music studio that has been used by artists from around the world. Guests can rent the studio at a reduced price during their stay, and we hope to host jam sessions, recording sessions, and concerts in the future.

For those who love the outdoors, we offer hikes in the surrounding mountains and the option to rent a buggy to explore the area's mountain roads. Our main house features 15 rooms, while the property as a whole boasts a total of 36 bedrooms, 4 living rooms, 3 dining rooms, 4 kitchens, and 2 roofed outdoor areas, as well as 9 fireplaces to keep you cozy on chilly nights.

In the garden, guests can enjoy a variety of activities, including minigolf, sand volleyball, and fotbal golf. There's also a dam stocked with over 100 goldfish, as well as plenty of private spaces for relaxation. We even have about 80 grape vines and 30 fruit trees, as well as areas for growing your own vegetables.

- Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
- We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.
  Please note that additional charges do apply.
- You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.
- It is impossible to say since we are open to all people from all walks of life.
  But the guests we want to attract are musicians and songwriters.
- The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
- You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
  - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
  - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
  - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
  - If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
- Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
- We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people.
- You are allowed to check-in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.
  If you wish to check out late, you are free to use our communal areas.
- We gladly accept co-signers for applicants with limited credit history or income.
- We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.
- Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.
- You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
- You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
- If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
- Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight.
  Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions.
- It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.
- We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own.
  Storage lockers and parking are additional costs.
- The common areas come fully furnished.
  Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
  You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.
- No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
  There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience.
- Entire and deep cleaning is carried out every week, including linen and towel changes.
