Each apartment has two bedrooms, so they share common rooms with the other guests. Spectacular accommodation: spacious, sunny, fully equipped, and decorated with all kinds of details, exposed walls, and the original hydraulic floor recovered, with all the luxury of details of good taste and quality.
The studios are on the ground floor of the building and are particularly attractive thanks to their location in the courtyard of the building, which gives them plenty of light. They have a double bed, a 42-inch TV, 1 GB of Wi-Fi, a kitchenette, fully equipped bathrooms, and a lounge. Their elegant and tasteful decoration contrasts with details such as the original vaulted ceiling of the building and a private terrace in two of the studios, which gives them a much cozier atmosphere.

Accommodation is located next to the City of Arts and Sciences, with its avant-garde architecture and the Turia River Park, where you can practice sports, sunbathe, and relax reading a book in its large green areas. It is also a 10-minute walk from the city center.
