Next to metro and bus stops. Located in the considered "Golden Mile" of Valencia.

Booking rules
The check-in will only be carried out if the customer has signed the accommodation agreement with us. To fill it with your data, you will be asked for your passport. It is not mandatory in Spain yet.
Lastly, along with the signing of the contract, the bank's proof of the income of a security refund corresponding to approximately one months rent is requested.
Both the mailing of the signed Rental Agreement and the banking proof of the security deposit in the bank account indicated in the contract must occur inexcusably before the guest's arrival at the coliving.
Cancellation Policy
Before Host Approval- No charges will be incurred
- Up to 90 days before moving in , 100% refund of the 1st month's rent.
- Up to 14 days before moving in , 50% refund of the 1st month's rent .
