- Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
- While we don't allow couples to share the apartment, we welcome friends and visitors! Feel free to have your partner or friend visit for a few days, just let us know in advance. Please note that extra fees may apply for their stay.
- You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.
- You'll be sharing the home with a diverse group of open-minded individuals from all over the world, including remote workers, digital nomads, students, and fellow travelers. It's a great opportunity to connect and share experiences with like-minded people!
- The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
- You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
  - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.

- You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
- If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
- We love it when you have guests, and we invite them to enjoy our inviting common areas.
