Three of the rooms open onto private balconies, and from their sixth-floor position, enjoy abundant natural light that fills the interiors throughout the day, adding to the sense of openness and warmth.
Beyond the bedrooms, the shared spaces are equally impressive. Residents can gather in a beautifully designed open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, ideal for both socialising and unwinding. Keep in mind that our rental schedules are slightly different from the ones you see on the platform. They will depend on the day you arrive and leave the property. You need to check for details.
Once a tenant pays the first month rent to the platform, there are no refunds. For stays up to 3 months, full advance payment is required, in addition to the security deposit, admin fee and where applicable, utility deposit supplement.
Once a tenant confirms a booking, the tenant needs to pay directly to us the following:
1) For stays up to 3 months, the security deposit is equal to 1 month’s rent
For stays between 3 and 6 months, the security deposit is equal to 1.5 month’s rent
For stays between 6 and 12 months, the security deposit is equal to 2 month’s rent
The security deposit is refunded between 31 and 61 days.
2) Within your rent, a total of eur 30 per month is calculated. Any usage above this is calculated on the tenant’s actual occupancy of the room and calculated pro rata. We require a supplement utility deposit as follows:

Any bank transfer costs/remittance company charges for returning the security deposit and the utility deposit, shall be paid by the Tenant. Note that we require proof of income after booking.
