It is very clean. It's not luxurious in terms of facilities, but it has a good atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. There is motorcycle parking and it's inexpensive.

About Engativá

Modern Bogotá with Traditional Charm
While really interesting nearby neighborhoods like Las Ferias and El Bosque Popular preserve the nostalgic vibe of 1950s and 60s Bogotá—with their low-rise houses popular streets, and even an old Market—
Represents a more refined evolution of that same spirit: a neighborhood that embraced modernity without losing its residential essence.
A Neighborhood with History, But Not Stuck in the Past
Normandía emerged in the 1960s, as Bogotá began expanding westward. Unlike other areas frozen in time, this neighborhood elegantly reinvented itself:
Balanced architecture: While two-story houses (a legacy of its residential roots) still dominate, they now blend with modern complexes and spaces adapted for remote work and small businesses.
Tranquil yet well-connected streets: It retains that classic neighborhood feel while being just minutes from Av. Boyacá, El Dorado, and Carrera 68—perfect for those who want peace without isolation.
The Best of Modern Bogotá, Without the Chaos
Normandía isn’t an open-air museum but a vibrant, functional neighborhood designed for daily life:
Urban greenery: With 19 parks and the Botanical Garden nearby, it offers green spaces without needing to go to the city’s outskirts.
Local shops and big retailers: From corner stores along Calle 53 to supermarkets like PriceSmart, it mixes practicality with authenticity.
Easy mobility: With 43 SITP bus stops, bike lanes, and quick access to El Dorado Airport, it’s seamlessly connected to the city.
A Place to Live, Not Just Remember
Normandía doesn’t rely on nostalgia—it delivers real quality of life:
Safety and community: A place where kids still play in parks and neighbors greet each other.
Education and culture: With 20 schools and the Universidad Libre nearby, it’s ideal for families.
Leisure and sports: From the Boyacá Avenue bike path to the proximity of Simón Bolívar Park, there’s plenty to do.
Why Normandía?
Because it strikes the perfect balance between the Bogotá we remember and the one we need today: a neighborhood that didn’t cling to the past but didn’t lose itself in concrete either. Ideal for those who want tranquility without sacrificing convenience, and modernity without cold impersonality.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?
