Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. If you need to arrive before standard check-in time, please let us know. We allow new residents to use co-working spaces until their apartment is ready.
In case of requiring a late check-out, the procedure is similar. Please talk to our experience manager to organize a late check-out. -
Yes, you can extend your stay, subject to availability.
To shorten your stay, we require a 1-month notice. If your plans change before the end of the contract, please inform us as soon as possible. As outlined in the contract, you will be responsible for paying an additional month’s rent, and you may stay until then. There will not be refund of this additional month if you cannot stay any longer. -
Yes, as per local laws, you will be required to sign a contract before starting your stay.

No, even if you can share the payment with someone else, the signer of the contract has to be a single person. Please notice that the apartment cannot be subleased to someone else.

As explained before, we might require a particular Credit Score. We are required to asses the background of applicants based on employment status, previous rental history, proof of income and references, in order to assure our residents can manage payments.

We will refund the security deposit one week after the end of your stay. Please notice that if there are any damages or pending payments, these will be substracted from the security deposit.
