    To shorten your stay, we require a 1-month notice. If your plans change before the end of the contract, please inform us as soon as possible. As outlined in the contract, you will be responsible for paying an additional month’s rent, and you may stay until then. There will not be refund of this additional month if you cannot stay any longer.
  • If you need to arrive before standard check-in time, please let us know. We allow new residents to use co-working spaces until their apartment is ready.
