Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

Guests +18 are allowed in common and can stay over. You are responsible for marking them accomplish house rules.
Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions.
Are kids allowed?

As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no.
Are service and emotional support animals allowed?

Yes, pets are allowed! They are part of PLURAS family!
Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one?

Of course. If a room is released and you want to move in, you will have the opportunity to pay the rent difference. We may also charge an additional room cleaning fee.
Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms.. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do it in allows areas, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Can I receive post/mail to the property?

Yes. We will provide updated info once you have moved in.
What are the quiet hours?

On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 12 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.
What is the policy on alcohol?

It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.
