It is perfectly positioned between Vegueta (the historic old town), rich with cultural landmarks, charming streets, and vibrant markets, and, on the other side, the lively Las Canteras beach, known for its golden sands, crystal-clear waters, and bustling beachfront promenade.

Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

    - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.

    - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

  • Yes, all rooms are private, and many of them include desks inside. Also, the house is very large, so guests can distribute themselves among the different common areas for privacy.

  • We don´t mix guests in ithe rooms, but if you come with your couple or friend , thats totally fine with us as most rooms allow double use.
  • There is workspace in many rooms, and several workspace areas indoors and outdoors.
