Welcome to our coliving, the perfect space for digital nomads and remote workers in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Our coliving space is designed to be your temporary home away from home, providing all the comforts you need to be productive while also enjoying this beautiful city and making meaningful connections with other like-minded individuals.

Cleaning and Linen:

Cleaning of shared spaces is provided on a weekly basis. This service is included in the price, as well as linen, towels, toilet paper, soap, etc., for guests.

Wi-Fi & Working Areas:

Choose your fighter! Each and every room is equipped with desks and chairs (perfect for when you have calls), but if you prefer working from the common areas, you can choose between the living room, the dining table, or the armchair corner. We have a 1GB fiber internet connection with repeaters throughout the house—so we've got you covered!

Our house includes 2 fully shared bathrooms.

Kitchen:

Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen to showcase your cooking skills and enjoy meals. It includes a blender, moka pot, kettle, oven, microwave, and toaster.

Our spacious living room is perfect for productivity, socializing, and dining, featuring a large dining table, poufs, coffee tables, and a sofa.

Laundry:

A washing machine and dryer are available on-site. Each room also has its own drying rack.
