All the studios have a kitchenette (without a cooker), a private bathroom, a 105x200 cm bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and hot-cold air conditioning. You can use the common area kitchen or your private microwave to prepare your meal. The studios on the ground floor have a little interior terrace (furnished and quiet, perfect for studying or working remotely).

The price includes furniture and household appliances, utensils and kitchenware, free wifi, and supplies up to 50€/month (water and light). Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, but we offer a set of both for 80€.

The common areas are the hall, bicycle parking on the ground floor, the dining room on your floor/apartment (with a free washing machine), and the terrace on the rooftop. On each floor (apartment), there will be 5 students (counting you), but overall (building), there will be 24 students and young professionals (because on the ground floor there are only 4 studios). There is an elevator, of course.

- All residents have a private studio within the home for more privacy. In fact, each studio has a kitchenette and a bathroom.
  The only common areas are: dining room with a washing machine, rooftop terrace, and bike parking on the ground floor.
- Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
- While we love the idea of community, each studio is designed for single occupancy, so splitting the rent isn’t possible. If you and your partner or friend are looking for a shared space, we have other options that might suit your needs!
- Yes! You have a work desk and chair in the studio. However, if you prefer to work in a different space for a while, you can work at the dining room table (common area). Please note that this space is shared, so maybe you can find other residents cooking or watching TV. But hopefully, there are many times when the space is tranquil and is perfect for studying or working ;)
- You'll be sharing your home with a vibrant mix of people! During the academic year, expect to meet international students aged 18-25, full of energy and curiosity. In the summer, you’ll connect also with professionals aged 30-40, bringing diverse experiences and stories. It’s a wonderful opportunity to make friends from all walks of life!
- The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
- You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
  - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
  - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
  - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
  - If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
- Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
- We'd like to know a little bit about you: your age, the reason for your temporary stay in Valencia, and if you are getting used to living with more people.
  Then, the required information for preparing the temporary rental agreement is: ID/passport, a document that justifies your stay in Valencia (such as a work contract or University enrollment), and proof of economic solvency.
- We evaluate potential renters based on their age and occupation, but more importantly, we look for individuals who will contribute to our community. We value quiet and calm people who appreciate lovely, cozy spaces over large, impersonal buildings. We aim to create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone!
- We're happy to help with your schedule! If you need to arrive early or stay a bit longer, just let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. We want to make your stay as smooth as possible!
- We’re glad you're interested in staying longer! You can absolutely extend your agreement; just let us know a month in advance. However, please note that we aren't able to shorten agreements at this time. We look forward to having you with us!
- Yes, signing a contract is important for both you and our team! It helps ensure transparency and clarity in our agreement. We're here to make the process as smooth and friendly as possible, so feel free to ask any questions!
- Absolutely! We accept co-signers. You can provide us with your guarantor's information, and we'll take care of preparing the agreement. This could be a parent or even a company—whatever works best for you!
- We want to make sure that everyone who joins our community feels secure! While we don’t require a credit score, we do ask for your last payslip and current work contract to help us understand your economic situation. We're excited to welcome you soon!
- We're here to help! At the end of your stay, we'll provide you with a resolution agreement document. You'll just need to share your bank account number for the refund. While we typically process returns in 30 days, we do mention a 60-day window for any unforeseen delays. Thank you for your understanding!
- You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
- You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
- If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
- Visitors are welcome during the day, and we kindly ask that they maintain a quiet atmosphere for everyone's comfort. However, please note that overnight visitors are not permitted. Thank you for your understanding!

- Absolutely! All our studios come fully furnished with cozy essentials. You'll find a comfortable bed with storage, a spacious wardrobe, a desk and chair for working or studying, plus a kitchenette with a micro-grill and fridge (with a freezer) to make your stay convenient and enjoyable.
- While we don't provide meals or snacks, you'll find plenty of delightful options nearby to satisfy your cravings. We encourage you to explore and enjoy our community space, where you can connect with fellow residents!
- Absolutely! We make sure to clean the studio thoroughly before you arrive, creating a fresh and welcoming space. While daily cleaning isn't included, we’re here to help with any specific needs you may have during your stay!
- We offer convenient laundry options with a washing machine on each floor, available for our residents to use free of charge. It's a great way to keep your clothes fresh while enjoying your time here!
