Our new coliving space features private rooms (double and single) with shared bathrooms and one shared kitchen, as well as a coworking area and multiple connections for charging electronic equipment and conducting daily tasks.

Our property is excellent for connecting you to the entire city due to its location. Just a few meters from the Metro Station (L1), you can reach the heart of the city in less than 10 minutes, in addition to having access to one of the most diverse shopping areas, with restaurants, supermarkets, stores, pharmacies, and everything else you need to feel at home.

The monthly rate includes all amenities, including utensils, electricity, water, and internet, as well as twice-monthly room and common area cleanings.

Our team includes professionals from a variety of fields, all working together to achieve an optimal quality-price ratio. We are proud to have started our journey in 2011 with a small property on Chinchilla Street in Madrid, and have since expanded to three additional locations. My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?

It’s enough that you accept our Residents Terms.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?
