Located in a prime area just steps from the ESTRECHO Metro Station (L1), our property connects you seamlessly to the entire city. Enjoy the convenience of being only 10 minutes walking from Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, and easily reach the heart of Madrid in less than 10 minutes. Our neighborhood also boasts a vibrant shopping area filled with restaurants, supermarkets, stores, pharmacies, and everything else you need for daily life.

Your monthly rate covers all amenities, including utensils, electricity, water, and high-speed internet. We also provide weekly cleaning services for both your room and the common areas.

It´s a private apartment. The other common areas are open for sharing.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
