    • At Ostel, you’ll be living alongside a diverse community of locals, professionals, and students from different backgrounds and walks of life. Our residents value respect, courtesy, and community, making it easy to connect while still enjoying your own personal space.
    • The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
    • You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

      - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.

    • You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
    • You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

    • We have convenient on-site laundry facilities available 24/7 for your needs. If you prefer other options, there are also laundromats within walking distance and several laundry services nearby to suit your preferences.
    • While we don’t offer airport pick-up or drop-off services, don’t worry! There are convenient options like ride-sharing apps, taxis, car rentals, and public transportation available to help you reach us easily. Safe travels!
