- We understand the importance of living with loved ones! However, our policy is one person per bed and rent is charged per person. This helps maintain individual space and ensures comfort for everyone in our community.
- We don’t have a formal coworking area, but Ostel offers a variety of spaces where you can comfortably work from home. Residents are welcome to spread out and find a quiet, semi-private spot throughout the property that best fits their needs.
- At Ostel, you’ll be living alongside a diverse community of locals, professionals, and students from different backgrounds and walks of life. Our residents value respect, courtesy, and community, making it easy to connect while still enjoying your own personal space.
- The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
- You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
  - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.

- Yes! Extensions are always possible, and we’ll be happy to help—just note that the extra time will be added to your rent. For shortened stays, we understand that life can throw curveballs. While we can’t offer a refund for unused days (since our month-to-month model gives you maximum flexibility), we’ll always work with you to make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
- Yes! We ask all residents to sign a short-term occupancy agreement that outlines the terms of your stay. We also review and sign a house rules agreement together before move-in, ensuring everyone knows what to expect and can enjoy a smooth, comfortable experience.
- Yes! We accept co-signers as long as they provide proper documentation, including a government-issued ID and a signed short-term occupancy agreement along with the resident who will be living with us.
- Nope! We don’t require a credit check. We want to make moving in as easy and stress-free as possible
- We don’t take a security deposit. Instead, we charge a one-time, non-refundable reservation fee. There’s no credit check, and you enjoy the flexibility of living with us month-to-month—making your move-in simple and stress-free.
- You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
- You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
- If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
- No. To keep everyone’s space safe and comfortable, we have a strict no-guest policy inside the living areas. As rooms are shared, we cannot allow guests to enter for the safety of personal belongings like laptops, money, or clothes.
  
  However, guests are welcome in our outdoor common lounge areas. Please note that they are not permitted to use the restrooms in the living areas, as we are not a public restroom. - Alcohol is not permitted inside any of the houses or bedrooms. Drinking is allowed outdoors only, which helps prevent property damage and encourages responsible consumption. - The main additional cost is a one-time, reservation fee to secure your spot. Utilities such as Wi-Fi, water, and electricity are included, so there are no hidden fees. Optional costs, like laundry, are up to you. Kitchen cookware and dinnerware—plates, bowls, cups, pots, pans, and utensils—are not provided, and the items currently in the kitchen belong to other residents. - Bedrooms at Ostel are primarily self-cleaned by residents, giving you control over your personal space. From time to time, we perform deep cleaning of bedrooms to maintain a healthy environment. If a room is noticeably not being properly maintained, we may step in to clean it, and the cost could be passed on to the residents of that room. Shared common areas are cleaned regularly, and all residents benefit from a weekly cleaning service to keep these spaces comfortable and hygienic.
- We have convenient on-site laundry facilities available 24/7 for your needs. If you prefer other options, there are also laundromats within walking distance and several laundry services nearby to suit your preferences.
- While we don’t offer airport pick-up or drop-off services, don’t worry! There are convenient options like ride-sharing apps, taxis, car rentals, and public transportation available to help you reach us easily. Safe travels!
- Yes! Additional cleaning is available upon request for an extra fee, so you can keep your space exactly how you like it.
- Yes, we have a great shared kitchen where you can cook your meals. We just ask that you clean up immediately after cooking—dishes, pots, pans, and utensils should not be left in the sink.
