  • Of course. If a room is released and you want to move in, you will have the opportunity to pay the rent difference. We may also charge an additional room cleaning fee.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the building. That includes all private and communal rooms, hallways, balconies, etc. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do so away from the building entrance, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly.

  • Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am, everyday. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.
  • Drinking inside is strictly prohibited in the house. You are free to do so in the outside communal areas. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property, please respect your fellow colivers and our neighbors.
