Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.

You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.

Rooms are shared. We offer beds in 2-person, 3-person or 4-person rooms.

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

We do allow couples and friends to stay with us, subject to available beds, and while ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. However, couples may be paired with other couples and or individuals. Please note that additional charges do apply.

As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no.

We do not accept pets.

Of course. If a room is released and you want to move in, you will have the opportunity to pay the rent difference. We may also charge an additional room cleaning fee.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the building. That includes all private and communal rooms, hallways, balconies, etc. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do so away from the building entrance, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am, everyday. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.

Drinking inside is strictly prohibited in the house. You are free to do so in the outside communal areas. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property, please respect your fellow colivers and our neighbors.

We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own.
Storage lockers and parking are not provided.

The common areas come fully furnished. Bedrooms are furnished with a bed and mattress. You need to take your own sheets and whatever else you may need. You can add/remove any furniture with written approval.
