All guests will be given small chores, such as updating the Event Calendar or sweeping the floors. Sharing the load helps us maintain a home-made community experience for our multicultural, multigenerational guests including keeping the common spaces tidy and clean, and by joining the other Coliving guests at our community events or inviting them for a coffee or tea.
We also provide our house members the opportunity to practice their interpersonal communication and leadership skills, if desired, through organizing and chairing events. Additional organized off-site activities are perfect for adventurous digital nomads and locals who are looking to make a positive difference in their lives and the community around us.
Our apartments in Bogota are located in the central Alhambra area. Walkable residential area close to a shopping plaza with a Carulla grocery store, lots of trendy cafes, restaurants and shops, the Pepe Sierra Transmillenial transit station, as well as the major shopping center, UniCentro.
Focus on work while accessing the city of Bogota through the lens of Colombian traditions. Comfortable spaces designed to ignite curiosity and wonder. Suba
Suba is the 11th locality of Bogotá, capital of Colombia. It is located in the northwest of the city, bordering to the north the municipality of Chía in Cundinamarca, to the west the municipality of Cota, to the east the locality Usaquén and to the south the localities Engativá and Barrios Unidos. This district is inhabited by residents of all social classes.
Suba hosts a Regional Forest Reserve Zone, called La Conejera, located in the northwestern part of the locality and 12 Units of Zone Planning (Unidades de Planeamiento Zonal, UPZ) which are: La Academia, Guaymaral, San José de Bavaria, Britalia, El Prado, La Alhambra, La Floresta, Niza, Casablanca, Suba centro, El Rincón and Tibabuyes. (Mimos Coliving properties are located within walking distance of each other, in La Alhambra.)
La Alhambra is located in the southeastern zone. This area is mostly inhabited by upper middle and upper class residents.

All house members have a fully furnished well-appointed bedroom in our Coliving home for more privacy. House members are to share the furnished common areas respectfully.

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets. Service animals are permitted with a separate deposit that will be charged directly and returned within one week of checking-out, if no damaged is recorded during the post-stay cleaning. We want to make sure everyone can be comfortable in our communal home.

We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
