Our industrial styled coliving is designed to experience an ecological lifestyle. The building has 9 communal areas that meet the needs of the community: a fully equipped shared kitchen to prepare your food, snacks, and even dinner for your guests; a large dining room, gym to exercise whenever you want, coworking space, a comfy TV room, green areas, rooftop and BBQ deck.
We offer 60 rooms for rent with the option of a single, double, or queen size bed (subject to availability), desk, chair, closet, and an internet connection.

Industrial Vallejo is 2 blocks away from La Basilica de Guadalupe, a famous church in Mexico City. Our Coliving is just 10 minutes away from the heart of Mexico City, Reforma. You can take the subway or the Metrobus, both of which have stations just outside our doors.

You'll be sharing the home with a diverse group of likeminded individuals, including students and young professionals. It's a great opportunity to connect, share experiences, and build friendships in a welcoming environment.
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
