Our industrial styled coliving is designed to experience an ecological lifestyle. The building has 9 communal areas that meet the needs of the community: a fully equipped shared kitchen to prepare your food, snacks, and even dinner for your guests; a large dining room, gym to exercise whenever you want, coworking space, a comfy TV room, green areas, rooftop and BBQ deck.
We offer 60 rooms for rent with the option of a single, double, or queen size bed (subject to availability), desk, chair, closet, and an internet connection.

We require a non-refundable background check fee of 25 USD (500 MXN).
We require a one-month security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of your stay. This security deposit must be paid upon check-in in cash or it can be transferred to our account.
We reserve the right to provide you with your key if this security deposit is not paid.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
