The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

We love furry companions, but for the comfort and safety of all our residents, we currently do not allow pets. We appreciate your understanding!

Yes, while we don't have a specific designated workspace, many of our residents enjoy working from home and often use the living room as a comfortable area to get things done. You'll find a friendly atmosphere that encourages collaboration and productivity!

You'll be sharing the home with a diverse group of likeminded individuals, including students and young professionals. It's a great opportunity to connect, share experiences, and build friendships in a welcoming environment.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.

Meals and snacks aren’t included, but you'll have full access to a well-equipped kitchen for preparing your favorite dishes at any time. Plus, with grocery stores just around the corner, everything you need is within reach.
