About Rincón del Chico

It is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Bogotá. It is super safe, quiet, and within walking distance of the rowdy Zona Rosa and Parque 93 but far enough away for it to be quiet. Plus, it is a great spot to go for a run or grab fresh fruit in the morning from one of the vendors. You'll also be close to the shopping centers Andino, Retiro, and Atlantis, where you'll find restaurants, gyms, supermarkets, bars, and coffee shops.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. Security deposits are typically returned within 8-10 business days after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.

Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight.
Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions.

It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.

We recommend that you have renters' insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc. is your own.

Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.

Our coliving home is in a perfectly safe neighborhood where you can walk by yourself in the evening without any problem.

You'll be at Zona Rosa and 93 Park in a matter of minutes.

Even though our location is good if you'd like to walk or bike, it's a short distance to Transmilenio Virrey station to 2.4 km

You can get to Dorado International Airport in 20 to 30 minutes by taxi.
