Is there a designated space for work?Yes, we have a coworking space, a living room and a dinning room that are completely separated from our suites. You can work from any of these common areas but we highly recommend the coworking space.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?You roommates are young professionals from 25 to 35 years old who are looking for an out of the ordinary rent experience in Madrid.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?It´s possible, depends on availability.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?We are flexible, with 45 days advance notice you can shorten or extend.

Do you accept co-signers?We gladly accept co-signers for applicants with limited credit history or income.

Is there a Credit Score required?We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?30 working days after your check-out, the deposit is refunded.

Can I cancel a booking?You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight.

What is the policy on alcohol?It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.

What potential costs are there besides the rent?We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own.

Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy. -
Any meals/snacks included?No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience. -
Are the private bedrooms cleaned frequently?Entire and deep cleaning is carried out every week, including linen and towel changes.
