Historic Mansion has new plumbing and Central Air-conditioning with Beautiful large windows in every Room and Bedrooms. The views are gorgeous. Deep blue L.A. Skys with jade green trees surrounding. Historic homes and churches surrounding with the L.A. downtown skyline visible in some bedrooms.

Very large house built out of redwood in 1899. The front of the house is newly painted with new driveway's for paid parking behind the 7 foot iron gates.

Fans in all the bedrooms and rooms. High ceilings. The house is very airy and breezy. 6 bathrooms accommodates all the tenants very well. Signs on how to share the house posted on the walls and our professional maid cleans once a week, every week!

2 Resident managers help take the garbage out, keep bathrooms and kitchen stocked with cleaning supplies such as linens, paper towels and hand soap.

There are 5, two-person bedrooms. Keyless locks on all doors. 11 bedrooms total. 4 Rooms dedicated to community use.

*Music studio room is in the back of the house with its own entrance and vocal booth room!
*Massive large living room has 8 desks and padded chairs for studying. Also many sofas and sofa chairs for meetings and relaxing. The foyer is huge with sofa and desk space.

The Galley has the assigned fridges with assigned shelf space. And seating for Dining.
The porch is covered and has sofa seating for napping or hanging out.

Smoking outside is ok! No pets or smoking inside the house.

The back yard features two large private Gazebo's with a lot of seating and table space and deck space. The gym equipment is behind the music studio.

Bicycle parking inside the property.

Parking for 7 to 8 tenants with a remote clicker. Good street parking. 4 bus stops on the closest 4 street corners.
Ralphs Grocery Store is across the street! The house has privacy fencing.
Restaurants in walking distance.

It's pretty amazing, cozy, spacious and unique with a super desirable location. Walking distance to the University of California.

Walking distance to Korea town and downtown L.A. for the average hiker!

A must see. Super nice foam mattresses with locking wardrobes and pantry space.
Ring cameras in common rooms only.

Majority of the tenants are College or Art Students. Aspiring and working Actors, musicians, production assistance, writers, video game makers and working professionals in-between private leases make up the group here.

Everyone is screened for good manners, hygiene, alcohol usage and criminal background checks. Everyone is required to provide 2 emergency contacts.

Many people find communal living at the Bohemian's oasis to be a great alternative to single living. If you are single. This is perfect for saving a lot of money on rent and basic living expenses. And, you won't feel lonely. Many people make friends and find peace and relaxation having a lot of various roommates in a well-organized and structured home layout and amenities.

There are no required events like a fraternity or sorority. You may be independent or a social butterfly at the Bohemian Oasis.

University Park. This home is on Adams Blvd. Where majority of USC students live. Historic homes and churches surround the area. Dense neighborhood with a good amount of free street parking compared to k-town, DTLA or south L.A or Hollywood. It's pretty decent.


We do have 8 spaces inside the lot for extra security and convenience for your car needs.
The Public Busses are 100 feet from the house. The Exposition Subway-train line is on the south side of USC campus. About 1 mile from the house.

Ralphs super market is across the street! You can walk to get groceries or a quick cheap and healthy meal. Saving a lot on car expenses, parking and getting great exercise.

There is a Qwench smoothie store walking distance and a mexican and chicken restaurant and ice cream store and more all walking distance. Hidden theaters and downtown L.A. is a mile from the house. Plenty of activities also found in Silver lake, Echo park, Highland Park, Korea town and Hollywood. All near by. Expo line will take you to Santa Monica Beach.

A large outdoor Public pool is located on USC campus. Many Museums near by. Dodger stadium and Crypto Arena and L.A. convention center are all near by.

Venice Blvd is near by. Hoover Street is next store.

The 10 free way is close, but not too close. The back yard is quiet. Light traffic noise.

The resident manager will contact you. You may contact them. And together you both will coordinate your arrival. The resident manger will help assign your room, closet, pantry and fridge spaces.
