To proceed with the check-in, we must receive the security deposit (which is 1 month’s rent + €200) and the first month’s rent in our bank account before your check-in date.
Only once both payments have been received, we will be able to hand over the keys and allow you to move into the room.
Please note that our rental contracts are for 12 months, with a minimum stay of 3 months and a 1-month notice period for cancellation.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
