It has 6 rooms: 1 suite with a terrace and private bathroom, 4 exterior double rooms and 1 single room. All rooms have very comfortable double beds, bedside tables, large wardrobes, desks for teleworking or studying, mirrors, and heating.
We can help you obtain any kind of visa, NIE, empadronamiento, etc. as an extra service (only for stays of a minimum of three months).
Check-in must be done during working hours (Monday to Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., holidays not included). Arrival after hours will be charged as a complementary service.

Sant Gervasi was officially annexed to Barcelona in 1897, and thanks to its proximity to Collserola Mountain, it became the preferred location for Barcelona’s bourgeoisie to build their second homes in the 19th century. Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Booking a room is very easy. All you need is a copy of your identity card (if you are European) or passport (rest of the world) and a copy of your letter of acceptance or enrollment at your university/school, or a copy of your work or internship contract. If you are self-employed or an entrepreneur, you only have to prove your activity. You also have to provide us with your details and accept our terms and conditions.

Yes, signing a contract is part of our process to ensure a smooth stay. It helps clarify the terms and conditions, making everything clear for everyone involved.

We aim to return your security deposit within 32 days after your contract ends. However, if your contract ends in January, February, July, or August, it might take up to 67 days due to bimonthly utility bills. If there are any outstanding payments or damages, those will be deducted from your refund. We appreciate your understanding!
