It has 7 rooms: 1 suite with a terrace and private bathroom, 5 exterior double rooms with balconies, and 1 large single room. All rooms have very comfortable beds, bedside tables, large wardrobes, desks for teleworking or studying, mirrors, and heating.

We can help you obtain any type of visa, NIE, registration, etc. as an extra service (only for stays of a minimum of three months).

Check-in must be done during working hours (Monday to Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., holidays not included). Arrival after hours will be charged as a complementary service.

Yes, couples are welcome to share a room, and you’re free to split the rent with your partner or a friend. Just keep in mind that there’s an additional cost for double occupancy, which is already detailed in each apartment description.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. Booking a room is very easy. All you need is a copy of your identity card (if you are European) or passport (rest of the world) and a copy of your letter of acceptance or enrollment at your university/school, or a copy of your work or internship contract. If you are self-employed or an entrepreneur, you only have to prove your activity. You also have to provide us with your details and accept our terms and conditions.
