Facilities: 2000 m2 of land, a 500 m2 villa, a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor coworking spaces, a meeting room, chillout areas, a rooftop terrace, a swimming pool, a BBQ area, a vegetable patch, and free on-street parking.
Activities: concerts, comedy nights, hiking, language exchanges, yoga, meditation, excursions, workouts, cooking workshops, carpentry workshops, garden workshops, pop-up events, movie nights, game nights, wine tasting, coffee tasting, tapas tours, etc.

Through organized events and activities that can be chosen and discussed freely and organically, you will be able to connect with both internationals and locals. Do you want to help us co-create some amazing experiences? Phillip, your host, is a young entrepreneur who arranges epic treks with local musicians that include acoustic concerts on regional mountain summits, as well as an English/Spanish language exchange with the goal of getting to know people, ideas, and places in Valencia better. He has also just recently acquired the famous underground jazz bar "La Vitti", so you will have VIP access to all the concerts and events organised at this well-known venue!

El Plantio in La Cañada is a very peaceful suburb on the outskirts of Valencia, known by locals for being one of the nicest areas to live in.
We have the "best of both worlds": The greenery, calmness, and beauty of nature, whilst being just a 20-minute drive/45-minute metro ride away from the city centre.
The La Vallesa forest is a 5-minute walk from our coliving! It is the perfect place to go for a jog or to have a walk and enjoy nature.

Will I have privacy?Of course! We value the importance of privacy, autonomy, and individual spaces, of which there are plenty. We always look for a balance between community and alone time.

Are pets allowed?Unfortunately not. Your host has a 14-year-old dog, Nana, and a young cat, Asya, and the property owners don´t want any more animals.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?Yes. These prices have been calculated to include the costs of having two people per room. An extra single bed, to host 3 people, can be added to the XL rooms for +€100/month.

Is there a designated space for work?Several. There are indoor & outdoor communal working areas, as well as your own private workstation in your room.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?Well, everyone is different, so this is a tricky question. We are aiming for positive, smart, and open-minded people who are willing to connect in a more meaningful way and who have a growth mindset.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Is there a Credit Score required?We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.

Can I cancel a booking?You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

What are the laundry options?Yes, we have a washing machine in the house that is free to use and we also provide soap. If you need a laundry service we can help you arrange it.

Does the building have security? What is done to make me feel safe?We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen our staff and residents; we provide 24-hour security with a local, patrolling, and private residential security company that, in case of an emergency, comes to the house in less than 5 minutes; and CCTV cameras are installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.
