Yes. These prices have been calculated to include the costs of having two people per room. An extra single bed, to host 3 people, can be added to the XL rooms for +€100/month.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen our staff and residents; we provide 24-hour security with a local, patrolling, and private residential security company that, in case of an emergency, comes to the house in less than 5 minutes; and CCTV cameras are installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.
