Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
All rooms are equipped with one double bed, and you should have a partner or friend that wishes to share the bed or room; the fee is the same for one or two people.
There is a desk and chair in your private room but there is no designated workspace in the shared living areas.
As we are currently a brand new complex we do not have a current type of shared community. We offer a personality/psycological test that was developed to ensure compatibility of roommates. We will also be asking current tenants for their preferences when a vacancy becomes available. We hope the combination will provide the best possible outcome of selecting the most appropriate roommates.
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
