Welcome to our coliving home situated just next to Belén park, where you get the best of both worlds—a peaceful home in a green park while being close to Medellín’s best restaurants, brunch places, cowork cafes, etc.
Our home has 15 modern studios, where you’ll feel right at home. With Bernardo and Carol, our local hosts and our on-site community manager ensuring a warm and memorable stay, you’ll be part of a welcoming and dynamic community.

Our newly renovated coworking floor provides a spacious and comfortable workspace with plenty of natural light and a beautiful view overlooking a park. With ergonomic seating, high-speed WiFi, and a vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere with the best park views.
Each studio features a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries, a desk for your work privacy, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, and stove; a flat-screen TV, a fan, and a bid comfortable double bed. Some studios also offer a balcony with beautiful garden views or a patio.

Community is our secret sauce. To create a true nomad home we have a community manager on-site, ready to help you anytime with any questions you may have, helping you create long-lasting connections. She/he are part of the Nomadico team and trained by our community and coliving specialists managing behind the scenes.
Apart from the Community Manager, Bernardo and Carol, our local hosts, who are the sweetest people who you will ever meet, are also there to bring you all the local and authentic Colombian culture, and help you with everything you may need to better explore and live in Colombia!
Our community is diverse in gender, race, nationality, age, etc. Everyone is welcome, and we believe the more diverse our community is the better your international experience in Medellin will be!
We believe communities thrive when members play an active role, so every week we have a moment together to co-create the events of the week. Together we create a safe space for people to be themselves and feel at home. Every week we have a family dinner, and several events after work.

- Salsa and Rumba: Feel the rhythm of the city by immersing yourself in the world of salsa and rumba dancing! Join a local dance class with the community to get up to speed.
- Supporting The Local Football Team: The football might not match Champions League standards, but the atmosphere surely does. Let's go together and cheer Atlético Nacional on to victory! .
- Visiting Comuna 13: A neighborhood known for it's vibrant street art and music. Explore this living open-air museum and witness how art has transformed a community.
- Hiking From La Catedral To Envigado: La Catedral, the former prison built by Pablo Escobar for himself, offers an excellent and enjoyable downhill hike. Don't forget your swimwear, as there's a waterfall waiting for you at the end of the trail.
- Daytripping to Guatape: When living in Medellin, there are many day trips to consider, but Guatapé should definitely be high on your list. Go together with the community and see for yourself why it's so special.

Living in Belén is experiencing authentic Colombian life in a super chill, conveniently located residential neighborhood. It's affordable and safe, ideal for long-term stays and mingling with friendly locals. You'll be welcomed by a real Colombian family, with highlights like the famous Pueblito Paisa and the chill Parque de Belén nearby.
Laureles is just a couple minutes walk from Belén. The spot if you're looking for a chill yet lively vibe. It's more down-to-earth but still has amazing restaurants, cool brunch places, and a buzzing party area. There's a youthful energy thanks to the university crowd, with lots of digital nomads and young expats hanging out in the coffee shops. The neighborhood is green with parks and even has the main football stadium. If you're up for a real local party scene, check out "La 70" for bar-hopping and dancing to Salsa and Bachata with friendly Colombians.
