Welcome to our Coliving - It is a really lovely living and working environment. Everyone is working online in the daytime so it's very relaxed and respectable. It's also the perfect place to meet wonderful souls straight away. Please also see below for a couple of points of interest that we always send out to ensure it's a nice fit.

Respect - For each other - including everyone’s belongings and personal space. For the property – we have worked so hard to make it clean, safe, and enjoyable - please help us keep it that way. We like to keep a working environment in the daytime so please be conscious of the noise levels.

You have bilingual hosts who are available for you 24/7. Whatever you need, we are here to help. We also speak with every potential guest so you know that you will be living in an environment with like minded souls.

Our Environment

We like to keep a working environment as everyone is working online, please always be conscious of the noise levels. It’s a sociable environment but no parties at home. Enjoy a couple of beers, drugs are not welcome at home. If you wish to indulge in drugs, then this isn’t the right environment for you.

We have a really strict guest policy as the safety of our guests will always be our number one priority. Overnight guests are not allowed. It's not an environment to bring back random people, Tinder dates, etc.

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

We adore pets but unfortunately we can't accept them as we provide a working environment for guests.

Each room has it's own designated work desk and comfy chair - there are also other spaces to work from.

We are a lovely community of amazing souls! We created this space for Digital Nomads who want to live in high-end accommodation but also value community. You will meet incredible people as soon as you walk through the doors.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
