We are renting out a spacious and bright double room with a desk in a modern, newly renovated coliving apartment located right in front of the iconic Sagrada Familia. Ideal for young professionals aged 25 to 45 who are looking for a comfortable space, well-located, with a unique atmosphere of community living.

This rental includes an access to our coworking space.

Located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator, the room includes a desk and a balcony with direct views of the majestic Sagrada Familia, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.

The apartment has 128 m², including four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which you will share with only one other room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, and microwave, and the apartment also has air conditioning and heating for your comfort year-round. You will also enjoy internet access and a concierge for added security.
