Welcome to a unique co-living and co-working space nestled in the charming village of Nuño Gómez, Toledo. Just an hour southwest of Madrid, our community offers the perfect blend of rural tranquility and modern amenities.

Imagine waking up in one of our cozy wooden houses, equipped with all the essentials, including super fast internet access, your own kitchen, living room, and air conditioning. Step outside to enjoy our shared community area, featuring BBQ spots, a shared kitchen, yoga spaces, a place for gardening, and a lot of free space. Nature lovers can revel in the picturesque surroundings of the Sierra de San Vicente.

Our campus is beautifully situated at the foot of the Sierra de San Vicente, just about an hour from Madrid and 45 minutes from Toledo. The surrounding mountains provide the perfect backdrop for hiking, cycling, or simply soaking in the natural beauty.

In the nearby village of Nuño Gómez, you’ll find a range of sports facilities, including a football field, a padel court, and a public swimming pool, which our guests can access for free. The village also boasts a small supermarket and plenty of scenic nature spots.

For more extensive amenities, the town of Talavera de la Reina is only 20 minutes away, offering everything you might need during your stay.

A short distance away, you’ll discover a large lake ideal for swimming and sailing. If you’re up for a bit of an adventure, you can go hiking in the snow or visit the stunning Barrancas de Burujón near Toledo.

  • Just the usual information, name, address, etc. And additional some ID information like ID-number that we have to pass on to the local authorities.
  • We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people.
  • You are allowed to move in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.
    If you wish to move out late, you are free to use our communal areas.
  • Sure - if there is no other booking we are happy to extend your stay.
  • We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.
  • Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.
  • Policies
  • Guests are allowed in the visiting area. Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions.
  • As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no.
  • Yes, pets are welcome.
  • Of course. If a room is released and you want to move in, you will have the opportunity to pay the rent difference. We may also charge an additional room cleaning fee.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the building. That includes all private and communal rooms, hallways, balconies, etc. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do so away from the building entrance, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly.
  • Yes. We will provide updated info once you have moved in.
  • On the weekday, quiet hours are from 11 pm to 8 am, and 12 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.
  • It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.
  • Amenities
  • We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own.
  • The common areas come fully furnished.
    Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
    You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.
  • No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
    There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience.
  • Entire and deep cleaning is carried out every week, including linen and towel changes.
    We would expect and appreciate it that you clean up after yourself if you make any excessive mess.

  • Even though we have been lucky that nothing has gone missing, we recommend all our members to keep their valuable belongings in their rooms. For extra precaution, buy a Renters Insurance in case of lost items and accidents. Additionally every cabin has a vault.
  • Of course - every cabin can be locked.
  • We have a few cameras. Additionally the terrain is surrounded by a fence.
  • Our coliving home is in a perfectly safe neighborhood where you can walk by yourself in the evening without any problem. Our biggest neighbor is the nature!

  • There is a small restaurant within our host village. In addition, there are more restaurants in the surrounding villages.
