About The tiny village of Nuño Gómez
Our campus is beautifully situated at the foot of the Sierra de San Vicente, just about an hour from Madrid and 45 minutes from Toledo. The surrounding mountains provide the perfect backdrop for hiking, cycling, or simply soaking in the natural beauty.
In the nearby village of Nuño Gómez, you’ll find a range of sports facilities, including a football field, a padel court, and a public swimming pool, which our guests can access for free. The village also boasts a small supermarket and plenty of scenic nature spots.
For more extensive amenities, the town of Talavera de la Reina is only 20 minutes away, offering everything you might need during your stay.
A short distance away, you’ll discover a large lake ideal for swimming and sailing. If you’re up for a bit of an adventure, you can go hiking in the snow or visit the stunning Barrancas de Burujón near Toledo.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

We welcome people from everywhere, but mostly have people from within the EU.
Most people are staying with us for a while. Between 1 to 2 months on average.
Even though we have been lucky that nothing has gone missing, we recommend all our members to keep their valuable belongings in their rooms. For extra precaution, buy a Renters Insurance in case of lost items and accidents. Additionally every cabin has a vault.

We have a few cameras. Additionally the terrain is surrounded by a fence.
Our coliving home is in a perfectly safe neighborhood where you can walk by yourself in the evening without any problem. Our biggest neighbor is the nature!
There is a small restaurant within our host village. In addition, there are more restaurants in the surrounding villages.
